Admissions Requirements for New Students:
- Birth certificate:
- Original for Dominican citizens.
- For international applicants: a copy legalized by the Office of the Attorney General of the Dominican Republic and translated into Spanish.
- Official transcript from the previous school year. (See below)
- Letter of good conduct from the previous school.
- Tuition clearance letter from the previous school.
- Two (2) recent 2×2 photographs.
- Completed school medical form (required for Early Childhood through Grade 6).
- Medical certificate of good health (required from Grade 7 onward).
- Completion of the admissions assessment.
- Signed acknowledgment of the school’s rules and regulations.
- Payment of the Parent Association fee.
Students entering 7th -12th grade must present:
- For students entering 7th grade: An original copy of the 6th grade official certificate signed by the Ministry of Education.
- Record of all grades from the previous years signed and stamped by the corresponding School District.
- Original copy of the previous year’s report card signed and stamped by the corresponding School District.
International Applicants:
- Submit official academic transcripts translated into Spanish and duly legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (or equivalent authority) in the country where each educational level was completed.
- Submit the required documentation to the Ministry of Education for evaluation through the Department of Validation of Studies.
- Provide official authorization for enrollment issued by the Ministry of Education to attend Americas Bicultural School.
